We ship every order with care so your fragrance arrives in perfect condition. Here's what to expect.
Delivery times
Orders are processed within 1, 2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2, 4 business days to major cities and 3, 6 business days to other areas.
You'll receive a confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Shipping charges
A flat delivery charge applies to orders under Rs 5,000. Orders of Rs 5,000 and above ship free of charge, nationwide.
Complimentary fragrance samples are tucked into every order.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available across the country. Please keep the exact order total ready for the courier at the time of delivery.
Card payments are also accepted at checkout where available.
Tracking your order
Use the tracking link in your dispatch confirmation to follow your parcel. If tracking hasn't updated within 48 hours of dispatch, contact us and we'll look into it right away.
